We’re not quite sure how to explain this one. We just received a 2010 Mazda3 GX here at Joliette Subaru. Usually, that’s just a normal Tuesday.
Then, we looked at the odometer: 35,300 km.
We rubbed our eyes. We thought it was a glitch. We assumed the previous owner lived in their car, but parked inside their garage.
Seriously, 35,000 km in 14 years? That’s an average of about 2,500 km a year. That’s basically driving from downtown Joliette to the Walmart once a week and calling it a "big road trip." This car has likely never even seen the "Leaving Lanaudière" sign!
It’s a GX trim with an automatic transmission. It’s not a rocket ship; it’s a Mazda3 with the trusty 2.0L engine. It doesn’t have Artificial Intelligence, it won’t drive itself, and it certainly won’t make you a coffee.
